The Hellenic Institute of Cultural Diplomacy in Belgium (HICDB) is a self-governing organisation with a core set of values aiming to foster dialogue and nourish exchange and mutual inspiration between Greece, Belgium and the rest of the world. 

Through networks, cooperation, exchange of knowhow and best practices we aspire to create cultural and societal value. Our work is founded on a broad conceptual platform that embraces art, science, education, culture and society; within those areas and with a dialogue-based approach, we work for new ways of cooperation, innovation, co-creation and communication.
